but this is two females? does gender make a difference. Im worried because this girl just lost her male to self mutilation, her cage is tiny and she has an in proper diet, i only sold it to her after i discussed proper diets and she just ordered a good size cage.

It is absolutely normal no matter what gender. It is a sign of affection. My gliders, male and female mark me and I'm not even a glider.

My concern would be about the diet thing. Are you absolutely sure she has changed their diet and is feeding them good. Ask her to come here and research and learn about the proper care of gliders. We are always happy to help anyone.

Yep, doesn't matter the sex. It's definitely normal...and good! She's claiming her, for lack of better words.

there was one story on here how it looked like one male was trying to mate with another male, but he was marking him or "claiming him" basicly. like a pack of wolves and the leader claims u.

Today when I was in the tent with Razzle she was rubbing her head and chin on my sleeve. She was making the cute little noise they make. It was so cute!
