Starling about to join mom and dad, Piper and Aerrow

Just a few days after the two year anniversary of Piper's passing, her daughter, Starling, about 8 or more years old, is nearing death.
She has been going downhill for the last month - eating habits changing drastically, not as energetic, confused a lot, rear end lost all brown and completely gray, losing control of bladder and bowels, etc.
Been hand feeding her for the last year trying to keep her weight up -responded well and slowly gained a gram or so each month. Really enjoyed live superworms...
Today she would not eat - last good meal was yesterday - via syringe had about 2mL HPW w/Emeraid, and later bit of yogurt - last nite managed a bite or two of avocado and honey via syringe. This morning only taking few drops of water via syringe.
Snuggled in their cube nest with her adopted brother Radarr (about 4 years old) right now - checking on her regularly...

Jan 19, 2026 - after she is so weak she can't climb, throat so closed up she can't swallow even a drop of water, listening to her gagging and whining, I couldn't let her continue to suffer and took her and Radarr (to keep her company during her last momments with us) to the local exotic vet. The vet tried to draw off fluid from her swolen right jaw, but got no fluid - only tissue. She suggested my Darling Starling be euthanized... After a few more minutes cuddling her for the last time and looking into her eye (the right one appeared to be blind from the jaw swelling) reading eachother's soul and understanding we'll see eachother again at the Rainbow Bridge, I released her to my vet. She was cremated the next day and placed into the urn w/Aerrow (dad) and Piper (mom) with her name and date of departure engraved on it next to theirs... The problem she had is best understood in this video: https://youtu.be/U0MgG5Yohxk Facial Swelling in Sugar Gliders Means Something Serious Is Already Wrong ...their teeth are so tiny, and easily infected, which is hard to detect until already too late :-(
