Are you asking if Zak takes his personal glider pairs to the vet? Well, he says his regular inspector is a Toledo Zoo vet. I'm sure if you called and asked him, he would tell you what his gliders' medical care is like. He only has 15 pairs plus the joeys they produce until they are ready for new homes. <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"> im talking about all the gliders he took in. If they were in poor health when he got them then he should have had them checked out by the vet,not saying he did, but it looks to me he didnt and so what his so called vet is the top on at the zoo, aparently he doesnt kno much about sugar gliders to say that is a great diet and so forth. in any case whether his or not he should have gotten them a bigger cage instead of leaving them in those small cages like that, that alone would cause problems. and i dont call i can talk better on here plus im sick and it hurts to talk. You must really like this guy i mean you is defending him hardore, he a grown man he can defend himself, what he do ask you to defend him while he's not on here? Bribed you with money or something???? This isn't about whose side you're on. This is about dealing with things like adults and not starting a witch hunt without the proper evidence. However, the evidence against this man is piling up and I think she understands that. She's just trying to be reasonable before she sharpens her pitchfork

And until it is investigated, Im pretty sure we've run this topic into the ground. gliderma Starting Member MI, USA 8 Posts I am a breeder in Michigan and this is the first I have heard of him. I have always thought that the best gliders in the best condition should be used for breeding. These gliders were rescues. They should NEVER be bred! They are in terrible condition, have no lineage and need to be cared for & nursed back to health without the stress of breeding. Just my opinion of course, but I do believe the truth. X_X That tail looks like it's due to it being really sick or malnourished, maybe even old age, I'm not sure in all honesty. That doesn't look like a joey though, just a sickly glider. The cage story is BS. The sooner you get them a big cage the sooner they will love you, you'll already have taken a step to improve their lifestyle! Odds are it's safe to toss out any info this dude gave you. D: I'm really sorry for this. Have you found a better diet for your suggies yet? EDIT: Joeys don't just not have poofy tails, they have smooth flat fur on their tails before they poof. That one's looks somewhat thin/unclean, not really flat like a joey's. Could be due to diet problems.
