I like being able to touch people, especially those who have managed to touch me in some way. I have found that just because someone is virtual to your current life, it doesnt devalue their friendship; possibly quite the contrary. It is comforting to me to know that there are friends to be had out there when needed. In my existence, it is rare to find those few willing to open their lives to you, so I think it is worth cherishing these odd online connections that we may make.
