They can have boiled shrimp as long as it does not have any seasonings on it.

No to the sausage. It has to many seasonings and preservatives.

To clarify - seasonings are salt and/or garlic.

If you purchase frozen shrimp (as I do) be certain to boil it for a few minutes just to make certain it is fully cooked.

and can you feed them tuna or chicken? what kind of chicken too?

I've never heard of feeding them tuna, but I'm positive you don't need to if it comes in a can.. way too much salt and other crap.
Regular chicken breast is fine, I usually just boil mine. =)

Well, not JUST because yours is in a bag. It's the general rule, period. No salt or oils, or anything else, added.

My guys are not shrimp eaters. I even bought the mini shrimp special for them that they could hold. Brats!

Mine wouldn't eat shrimp at first but I tried again a few months later and they suddenly loved it. Weirdos.

I swear... gliders are JUST like kids. Sometimes they like something, other times they hate it.

yeah mine love stuff one time and next time they hate it...its weird! i cant wait to try shrimp sometime...my mom is the only one who likes it so we only have it when she comes over sometimes

I have to try some shrimp with our gang and see if they will eat any. They are so picky sometimes you'd think that they spent time watching the skin kids be picky!

I gave mine steamed shrimp last night and they ate every bit.

its my understanding they can have cocktail shrimp (the ones that come in the rings) and you dont have to cook them??? is this true?!

I get the shrimp rings and still cook them briefly "just in case". I don't eat seafood myself so I don't know how well it is or isn't cooked already like that.

They may eat it one day and then snub their noses at it the next. Little snots!
