Make relish of fruits and veggies mixed. I'm trying combining fruits and veggies to offer those gliders that like their relishes mixed. Instead of giving one cube of fruit and one of veggie's I will offer 1 1/2 to 2 cubes for each cage of gliders housing 2 or 3 gliders. For this recipe I will leave some fruits and veggie's chunky and blend some of the others. For the baby carrots raw the only choice I had was the measurement I listed below. I cut up the carrot into small pieces and then weigh it to get to the 100 gram measurement. I will blend Orange Juice, Bok-Choi and Papaya in blender to make a juice mixture. Add all other ingredients and pour into ice cube trays and freeze. This mix has a proper 2:1 ratio and the oxalates in the spinach have been taken into account.
