Can we sticky it?? I know when I get on here, I have the link saved and go straight to "active topics". I didn't even know we had stickys anywhere until someone mentioned it the other day. LOL I never go to the home page.

All this information is in the Gliderpedia. I wrote the Gliderpedia article - then noticed so many posts asking the same questions over and over again that I made it into a post on the forum. It appears that not many people read the Gliderpedia, which is a shame as there is so much good information there.
It would be nice if it could be made into a sticky - but that would be up to Eric and Kazko. Ill flag the post to see what they think.
Maybe they could clean up the thread and delete all the bumps, etc.

The gliderpedia would be a better place for this. As Kyro just realized, she didn't know we had sticky posts. They're easily overlooked. Because of that, I don't think sticky topics are all that effective, especially when there are a lot of them. If that's the only means you have of presenting information, it will work, but it's not optimal.
If someone new is coming to this site to look for information and they're presented with a forum or an encyclopedic reference, they'll pick the Gliderpedia first. More people come to the site and visit the gliderpedia, then leave before ever registering or visiting the forum. For maximum impact, the Gliderpedia should be priority if this sort of information is deemed to be important.
The Gliderpedia would also prevent disorganization that has happened in this discussion, where there are links to stuff all over the place, not just in the main topic.

Thanks for looking into this, Eric. I believe most items on this link that are health related are on the Gliderpedia article.
I wasnt considering all the people who come here and dont register or ever post. Makes perfect sense.
